Heart Surgery
Today my Mom had open heart surgery. Her surgery was Coronary Artery Bypass Graft +5 (or CABG). The heart surgeon had to bypass 5 of the arteries in her heart. She came out of the surgery doing great and it getting better by the hour. We are so thankful for the power of Priesthood blessings. Marlin along with a close family friend Rob Hamel were able to give Mom a blessing before her surgery. Thanks to the everyone who has prayed for my Mom. She will have a long recovery but everyday she is healing and moving forward.

Chris~ don't hesitate to ask if your family needs ANYTHING. Much love to you! Hope your Mom is recovering well. My Dad had quadruple bypass a few years ago. It takes a while for the body to recover from open heart. Just keep her hugging her heart pillow! ;)
