First Day of Kindergarten and Preschool

Today was the first day of Kindergarten for Kyleigh and the first day of Preschool for Zachary. Kyleigh woke me up at 6:30 fully dressed in her uniform for school. She was ready for me to go downstairs and make her a "healthy"breakfast so she would be prepared for her first day of Kindergarten. Do you think she was a little excited?!?!

Zachary was also excited to start school today. He goes to school from 12:00-2:30. I told him that he doesn't go to school until after lunch. Right after breakfast he asked me how long until lunch time. When we walked into his classroom he headed straight for the toys. I told him that I was leaving and would be back later to pick him up, he said "see ya Mom". We are so blessed to have kids that are eager to learn and not scared to go to school. Although I did see more tears from parents than from the kids.

This is a picture of Kyleigh's "healthy" breakfast that she requested. Bananas, Apples and Scrambie eggs.

Katelyn was hungry

Katelyn decided that she didn't want to wait for Mom to make her breakfast. So she went down stairs got a bowl and some cereal and decided since she is almost 2 that she can pour her own cereal. Mom thought this was a great kodak moment.
